The South African Banknote Society annual competition
The Open Window students have continued their winning streak by taking second and third prize in the South African Banknote Society’s 2009 banknote competition.

IMPAC Film Festival
The Open Window presented the IMPAC film festival in Pretoria and Johannesburg in 2009 to promote and provide a platform for innovative short films of an exploratory nature.
