Senior Graphic Designer at Bidvest McCarthy Toyota

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Design for a broad range of projects including print communication, digital artwork as well as motion graphics, original pieces/ stock images, infographics and videos.

2.Create original digital design assets for use on websites and social media platforms.

3.Maintain a high visual standard for Bidvest McCarthy Toyota & Hino brand.

4.Creation of presentation templates and mock-ups to present ideas.

5. Knowledge in producing print ready artworks (Repro). Must check print proofs and sign off before final printing.

6.Assist in the development of new marketing campaigns, brainstorming and execution of concepts.

7.Oversee artwork before they go to marketing manager to then be sent off to client (Dealers).

8. Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.

9.Must be able to stay up to date to current design trends and industry tools.

10 Ability to collaborate and communicate within a team.

11. Must be able to meet tight deadlines.

12.Must be able to perform multiple job-related duties as assigned.

13.General administrative tasks including communication with dealers, suppliers, and other external organizations.

14. Organized and professional individual as it is a corporate environment.

15.Other tasks set by the marketing manager that are within reasonable scope of skillset.

 

Qualification & Skills Requirement:

8 years proven experience as a graphic designer in a fast pace, deadline driven environment.

Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field.

Expert level abilities with design and editing using Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe illustrator.
