Open Window is proud to launch the 2020 Intake Bursary Competition!

Do you have a burning desire to Create, Invent and Explore with Open Window in 2020 but find that finances may have you in a pinch? This is just for you! What’s up for grabs?

By entering this competition, you stand a chance of winning your share of R 300 000 towards your studies in 2020! The balance of your fees can be settled by means of a student loan facilitated through our Student Loans department. As simple as that!

What are the qualifying criteria?

  • You must be eligible to study at Open Window in 2020 (classes starting in February)
  • Your Provisional Application and Registration Fee of R 2750 must be paid
  • A student loan application needs to be completed

How do I enter?

  • Complete the form below as soon as possible and one of our Student Recruitment Executives will be in contact with you to get things moving
  • Upload your R 2 750 proof of payment
  • Upload a short motivation of why you feel this competition is what you have been waiting for to study at Open Window
  • Ensure you have completed your Student Loan application (Elize Eglinton will be in contact with you to facilitate this step in the bursary entry process)
  • The top 3 entries from the School of Visual Communication, School of Film Arts and the School of Creative Technologies will be selected by each School’s academic team
  • Winners will be announced at the end of January 2020

Terms and Conditions

  • The judges’ decision is final
  • All entries are subject to the standard registration requirements and procedures of studying at Open Window
  • The share awarded of the R 300 000 bursary pool is applicable to the 2020 academic year only, is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash
