Job Description: Graphic Designer (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location: Engelmed Head Office / Clinic Premises

Reports to: Marketing Director / Dr. Louise Engelbrecht

Overview
Engelmed is a leading integrated medical and wellness brand encompassing Engelmed Medical
Centre, Engelmed Aesthetics, Engelmed Dental Studio, Engelmed IVI Lounge, and Rain IVI
Wellness. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time,
on-site. The ideal candidate will visually communicate the Engelmed identity across digital, print,
and environmental media — ensuring brand consistency, visual excellence, and strong
alignment with our professional yet natural aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, price lists, social media graphics, posters, and digital adverts for all Engelmed divisions.
• Create branded templates for internal use (consent forms, presentation slides, patient forms, etc.) maintaining Engelmed’s visual identity and logo guidelines.
• Design and update product packaging and labels for Engelmed and Rain IVI Wellness products (e.g., skincare, wellness, and IV drips).
• Assist with website visuals, social media campaigns, and email marketing content.
• Photograph and edit before-and-after aesthetic cases, products, and interiors for marketing use.
• Collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to translate medical and wellness concepts into clear, attractive visual messages.
• Manage and organize digital design assets, image libraries, and print-ready files.
• Liaise with printers and suppliers to ensure quality and timely production of printed materials.
• Support clinic signage, interior branding, and event materials (pull-up banners, displays, window decals).

Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years’ professional design experience (medical, beauty, or wellness industry preferred).

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Canva experience advantageous).
• Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and brand cohesion.
• Understanding of digital and print specifications.
• Photography and basic video-editing skills advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a creative–medical environment.
• Must work on-site full-time (not remote).

5 Designs must be done ( can be Canva) and ready on the day of interview.
One must be Instagram
One must be a consent form.
And 3 can be creative, relevant to Engelmed.
The aim is to see if your designs will work for us.
Engelmed logo will be provided to suitable candidates for designs.
