About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Junior/Intermediate Designer to join our dynamic team in Dunvegan on a full-time basis. You will work across a variety of projects, from developing brand identities to designing user interfaces and crafting eye-catching print materials. No two days are the same here—you’ll collaborate closely with our team to turn creative visions into reality while sharpening your skills along the way.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

Brand Identity Design: Develop and refine logos, brand guidelines, and visual storytelling that capture the essence of our clients’ brands.
UI/UX Design: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
Print & Digital Collateral: Design everything from brochures and posters to social media graphics and digital campaigns.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, developers, and clients to deliver cohesive, on-brand design solutions.
Project Execution: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are polished and deadlines are met.
Keeping Updated with Trends: Stay ahead of design and technology trends to keep our work fresh, innovative, and effective.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on design experience, with a diverse portfolio showcasing your versatility.
Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential. Experience with Figma and Adobe After Effects is a bonus.
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for typography, layout, and design consistency across various platforms.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly and confidently.
