Videography for Photographers

Technology has radically changed the portfolio of a professional photographer. Although conventional stills photography is still a major part of the photographers working career, there is an increasing demand from the industry that the photographer must also be able to do short video clips. This is especially prevalent in lifestyle and corporate photography. In this modular course, students are introduced to the basic application and understanding of the fundamentals of videography with regards to framing, camera movement, sound design and editing. With the successful completion of the module, students will be able to put together a short
edited video clip with sound to be used for documentation purposes and social media platforms.
