Strijdom van der Merwe is the foremost Land Art artist in South Africa. He will give a talk on Land Art (history, the discipline and foremost artists) as well as oversee a workshop at Kogelbaai where an artwork will be created by a large group of students. This artwork will be photographed by a drone to show the entirety thereof.
