What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work across branding, marketing, digital, print, and content creation for a range of exciting clients, taking projects from STRONG concept through to final delivery.

Design & Marketing Skills Required:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and design excellence
Exceptional design eye and attention to detail
Image retouching and editing
Content creation
Managing projects from client briefing through to production and delivery
Working within brand guidelines while finding creative ways to push them further
Designing weekly email marketing campaigns
Identifying trends and opportunities before everyone else does
Basic marketing research including audience insights, competitor analysis, and market gaps
Understanding of digital marketing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google
Community management and daily engagement across social platforms
Bonus Points:

Photography skills
Video or motion design experience
