About the Opportunity

Cruit Solutions is a specialist recruitment agency in Fourways, and we’re looking for a young creative who wants real, hands-on experience building content for a growing brand — not just a portfolio piece nobody sees.

This isn’t a passive internship. From day one, you’ll be creating real content for a real business: video, social media, and brand storytelling that actually goes out into the world. You’ll work directly under founder mentorship, with room to bring your own creative voice to the table.

No formal recruitment experience needed — we’re looking for your eye, your creativity, and your ability to tell a story through video and content. If you’ve got a portfolio, reel, or social handles you’re proud of, we want to see them.

What You’ll Do

Content & Videography — Shoot, edit, and produce video and social content that builds the Cruit brand
Talent Sourcing & Market Research — Get exposure to the recruitment side of the business, sourcing and engaging candidates across LinkedIn and other platforms
Interviewing & Candidate Experience — Sit in on real candidate conversations and see how a specialist recruitment process actually works
Who We’re Looking For

Must be a South African citizen with a valid ID
Female, 18–35 years old
Classified as African, Coloured, or Indian
Currently unemployed
A creative eye — content creation, videography, or design background preferred
Self-starter, articulate, outgoing, and ready to bring fresh ideas
Ambitious and comfortable working toward targets
Able to commit to the full 12-month programme
