Junior Graphics Designer

The Gig
We are looking for a hungry, high-energy Junior Graphic Designer to join the crew. This isn’t a “sit in a cubicle and pick fonts” kind of job. This is full tilt, make it rain indoors!

You’ll be working across multiple brands within the group, fast-paced, full turbo!
Your role is broad because our business is broad. One day you might be mocking up a gritty social post, and the next moment you might be cleaning up technical layouts or branding assets for Ghandi. We need someone who can switch gears without grinding them.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Execution: Create “stop-the-scroll” content for social media, digital ads, and emailers.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain the unique visual identities of multiple brands. Knowing when to be loud and when to be clean.
Asset Management: Organise and maintain our library of photos, videos, and design files.
Collaborative Chaos: Work closely with the team to brainstorm stunts, campaigns, and “what if we did this” ideas.
Production Prep: Get files ready for print, web, or apparel without small mistakes slipping through.

What You Bring to the Party
• Location: You must be Gauteng-based. If you’re in the Midrand or Fourways area, you’re winning.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is not negotiable. Know more? Even better! Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify, will be advantageous.
• Adaptability: You don’t just “handle” change; you thrive on it. You’re willing to learn new tools (AI, 3D, motion) as the business evolves.
• The Eye: You have a solid grasp of layout, typography, and colour theory. You know what looks “sick” and what looks “rubbish.”
• Work Ethic: You’re a self-starter. You don’t wait for a 10-page brief; you grab the idea and run with it.
• Own Transport: We live in the future, and you are going to need to keep up!
• Degree and Certification: Show us you’re Certified and you’re not the only one who thinks that 😉

Bonus Points If You:

Have an interest in action sports & festival culture.
Are comfortable helping out on-site during photoshoots (holding reflectors, throwing dust, or being extra). Getting our hands dirty is what we do!
Can write a decent caption that doesn’t sound like a robot wrote it.
