We’re looking for a visual storyteller who can capture ideas, people, products and moments in a way that inspires brands and communities. This role is about more than taking photos or filming videos. It’s about helping tell the Splssh story through meaningful, high-quality content.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team, documenting exciting client projects, premium merchandise and the culture we’re building every day.

What you’ll be doing
Photographing premium merchandise, apparel and branded products
Capturing engaging short-form video content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
Documenting behind-the-scenes moments, client projects and company culture
Creating founder-led content by filming meetings, site visits and day-to-day business activities
Editing photos and videos into polished, platform-ready content
Collaborating with the team to plan and execute creative content ideas
Building and maintaining a high-quality library of photo and video assets
Ensuring every piece of content reflects the Splssh brand and creative standards
What we’re looking for
A strong portfolio showcasing both photography and videography
Experience creating engaging short-form social media content
Confidence shooting with professional mirrorless camera systems such as Sony, Canon or Fujifilm
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional editing software)
A strong eye for composition, lighting and visual storytelling
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally when required
Bonus points if you…
Have experience with drone photography or videography
Can create basic motion graphics or work in Adobe After Effects
Have a strong understanding of social media and digital content trends
Naturally notice stories and moments that others miss
