How it Works
- Weekend Access: OWLumni members have priority access to facilities on weekends, with extended hours available during academic holidays.
- Get Certified: Complete a short proficiency certification on the proper use of the equipment you need.
- Book & Create: Reserve spaces and equipment through the alumni portal (coming soon; in the interim, bookings via email or registration form).
- Transparent Pricing: All fees are cost-recovery only: no mark-ups, no hidden fees. 100% of facility revenue goes back into improving the spaces. Rates are competitive against commercial studios.

There is no cost to join OWLumni. The only fees are for the use of certain materials and studios when used for professional work, and these follow a transparent cost-recovery model with no hidden charges.
OWLumni members have priority access on weekends. Weekday access may be available, subject to current student scheduling.
Yes. A short proficiency certification on the proper use of the equipment is required before you can use it. We’ll guide you through the process when you join.
