Junior Video Editor/ Motion Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor / Motion Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the production of engaging and visually compelling video content across a range of formats — including promotional videos, social media content, internal communications, and branded motion graphics.

The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, has a good sense of timing and pacing, and is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video content for various platforms including web, social media, and internal use
  Design and animate basic motion graphics (titles, lower thirds, transitions, animated assets, etc.)
• Organise and manage media assets, maintaining proper file management and backups
• Collaborate with senior editors, producers, and designers to deliver high-quality content
• Adapt and reformat content for different aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc.)
• Assist with post-production tasks such as sound design, color correction, and exporting deliverables
• Stay updated on video trends and best practices in editing and motion design

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and After Effects required; Photoshop and Illustrator a bonus)
• Basic understanding of storytelling, rhythm, and visual composition
• Ability to take direction, work collaboratively, and receive feedback constructively
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work (personal projects welcome)
