Job description
The purpose of the Marketing assistant is to support the marketing team in various tasks and activities to help promote our company’s products and services. This will include market research, campaign coordination, content creation, social media management, data analysis, administrative support, branding and collateral, and event coordination.
Overall, the marketing assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by contributing to various marketing activities, ensuring smooth operations, and helping achieve the company’s marketing objectives.
General Duties

Reseller of the Month testimonials
Request and analyse data to determine reseller of the month and technical reseller of the month – monthly
Request testimonials from the resellers of the month – monthly
Marketing meetings
Schedule marketing meetings with agendas – weekly
Compile and send marketing meeting action points – weekly
Monthly newsletters
Assist with compiling the newsletters – monthly
General Duties
Spot-check content & artwork – when required
Order pre-approved marketing collateral – when required
Assist with coordinating events – when required
Rebrand/compile documents – when required
Monitor client’s leads and actions.
Assist with compiling exco presentations – when required
Review job advertisement content and send to the marketing team – when required
Other marketing & communication duties – when required
Monitor incoming leads – daily
Requirements
Degree or experience in marketing (required)
Content creation experience (required)
Bulk email platform experience (required)
Graphic design platform experience (required)
Customer call experience (preferable)
Very well spoken and written (required)
Project management (preferable)
Self-driven (required)
Able to work in a team and independently (required)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment (required)
Understanding of the ICT industry (preferable)
Event coordination experience (preferable)
Other
Complies with the company’s vision, policies and procedures
Performs other tasks as assigned by management
Applying the principle of privacy and confidentiality to all work practices
