Design Draughtsman / Industrial Designer

We are a manufacturing company based in Alberton and are currently seeking to appoint a permanent Mechanical Draughtsman / Design Draughtsman to join our team.

We would appreciate it if you could advise whether you have any suitable candidates available or if you are able to assist us in sourcing qualified individuals with experience in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate would possess experience in the following areas:

• Mechanical draughting and design
• 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Fusion 360, SolidWorks)
• Manufacturing and fabrication drawings
• Assembly drawings and bill of materials (BOMs)
• Product development and design improvements
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes

We are particularly interested in candidates who have a strong understanding of manufacturing principles
