ALLEN LAING presents ‘You are not a brain’ – Science-backed tools for whole-body learning: A presentation of research collected by Dr Andrew Huberman – Professor of Neurobiology at Stanford University that will report on physiological practices that have been shown to improve learning and focus in the classroom and elsewhere.
